How to Complete Express Check In Registration
Before arriving at the event, please complete your Express Check-In registration. If you provided an email address when registering for the event, you should have received an email containing your “ticket”.
Email subject line: You’ve got a ticket to 2024 Benefit Gala
From address: noreply@onecause.comClick “Redeem Ticket” button and complete your event registration by adding your contact information and payment details. This will expedite the check-in process and pre-register you to donate during the event and participate in the activities at our after-party.
Upon completion of the registration process, you will receive a QR code. When you arrive at the event, go to the Express Check-In line and show the QR code for quick entry into the Wine Reception.
What happens if I do not complete express registration?
No problem! Come to the check-in table outside the Tiffany Ballroom and complete registration at the table.
I want to redeem my ticket, but I cannot find the email with the link?
Search your email inbox with the information above. If you cannot locate the email, contact Ali Kellogg akellogg@harvesthomela.org to resend the link.
Donations & Silent Auction
How can I donate at the Gala?
There will be several ways to donate at the Benefit Gala.
Give through the OneCause Giving Platform. You may give via the event giving platform as soon as you complete your registration. This platform will be referenced throughout the night.
Donate via cash, check or Donor Advised Fund pledge. You may make a donation outside of the One Cause platform our Donation Help Station at the back of the ballroom.
How do I access the features of the event?
At Check-In you will receive a card with the hotel’s wi-fi code and link to our event webpage. Guests can log into the event website on their phone using the email address they provided at Check-In or when they redeemed their ticket prior to the event. This will allow you to donate and participate in the silent auction at the after party. Registration through OneCause is required to participate in the Silent Auction.
How do I participate in the Getaways Silent Auction?
During the Bubbly Bash After-Party, bid on special getaways and experiences on your phone by clicking on “Silent Auction” on the event page or scan the QR code by the Silent Auction area to begin bidding. If you need to leave early from the event, you can continue to bid remotely. You do not have to be present to win. Bidders will receive text alerts on the status of their bids. Rather than inserting bids one at a time, bidders can place a maximum bid, an amount that is the highest amount that a bidder would like to pay for the item. The system will place bids automatically for the bidder up to the maximum amount indicated.
