WELCOME DADDY GANG!

Whether you’re here from Call Her Daddy or found us another way — we’re so grateful you’ve found us.

The episode of Call Her Daddy featuring Harvest Home highlights a hard truth: domestic violence is one of the leading causes of housing insecurity for pregnant women. At our home, 97% of our residents have experienced abuse at some time in their life. They are here because they made the brave choice to seek safety and relational health for themselves and their babies.

In honor of International Women’s Day, we recognize the strength it takes to start over and the power of sisterhood that helps survivors heal.

You listened. You care. Now you can be part of a woman’s journey toward safety and hope.

HOW HARVEST HOME PARTNERS WITH MOTHERS

Harvest Home is a residential program serving unhoused pregnant women and their babies. We provide safe housing, structure, and personalized support so each woman can move from crisis to long-term stability.

Our program is designed in three stages:

Step One: Venice Home (30–60 Days)

Pregnant women begin in our Venice Home, where they receive immediate safety and stability. During this time, they participate in case management, therapy, and programming to assess urgent needs and create a plan for independence.

Step Two: Pico Home (Up to 9 Months After Birth)

Women transition to our Pico Home, where pregnant women and new moms continue in a longer-term program focused on building lasting independence. Through weekly case management, therapy, and educational classes, each woman works toward stable housing, employment, and confident motherhood.

Alumnae Program (Ongoing Support)

Support doesn’t end at graduation. Through home visits, community events, and essential resources like monthly diaper distribution, our Alumnae Program ensures moms continue to thrive long after leaving our residences.

YOU’VE HEARD ANGIE’S STORY, NOW MEET ANOTHER MOM SWEETS

Sweets spent much of her childhood without a stable home. Abandoned at a young age, she survived on the streets, often struggling to find food and a safe place to be. After years of hardship and feeling close to giving up, everything changed during her sixth pregnancy when she found Harvest Home.

At Harvest Home, Sweets experienced something she had never truly had before—a safe space to call her own. For the first time, she had a room, a place to rest, and a community that cared about her future. Even simple moments, like sitting down at a dinner table, became meaningful milestones in her journey toward stability and healing.

Harvest Home gave me hope. It made me feel like I was cared for and wanted in this world.
— Sweets

Through the support and resources she received, Sweets discovered resilience and gained the tools to become the mother she wanted to be for her children. With Harvest Home’s help, she was able to secure her own three-bedroom apartment, creating a safe and loving home for her family.

Today, Sweets is proud of how far she has come. Harvest Home gave her more than shelter—it gave her hope, confidence, and the belief that she matters and has a future.
